Water And Walk?



Are you fed up with all these so called weight loss diets where to can lose 10Lbs in a week?

Do you know there is no need for you to waste your money on any kind of diet be it a fad, quick, fast weight loss or call them what you will, why waste your money when you can do it for free.

You got to be kidding me, no I'm NOT...

Quick True Story.

When I was Two years old my mother died of TB - Tubercolosis my sister and I both caught it as well, after a long battle my sister succumbed at the age of thirty five, having lost one lung and part of an other, in between she got married and had, get this, seven children, one brave lady. Miss You...

Any way I had to go for a check up at the local doctors and at last he has just got around to getting his computer system set up, on his computer there is ever thing since the day I was born, now if you had TB they keep an eye on you for a long time, in saying that, when I was fourteen I had to have a check up because our blood goes through some kind of change.

At fourteen I was ten and a half stones, to day at sixty two, yes you guest it, I'm still ten and a half stone, why? I put it all down to drinking a lot of water with plenty of exercise, no I don't go to a gym or work out in any way shape or form, I prefer to sit on a river bank fishing to tell the truth.

Being the youngest of eleven ( no TV's in those days ) I was the one who had to walk the dogs and that's always be the case, we've always had two dogs,
Been married for thirty five years and in all that time we still had two dogs, ( not the same two ) walked them before going to work, walked them when I got home from work.

Walking is a great form of exercise, ( Ladies – 110 paces a minute, Men – 120 paces a minute ) add at least eight glasses of water per day, that is through out the day by the way, drinking a lot of water in one go can kill, eating a well balanced diet I have no weight problems at all.

I do eat a lot of fruit, veg, fish, my wife cooks most of our food in a steamer, reason, it's healthier as most of the fat is steamed out plus she can cook a meal for four using one burner, she's a right jewbag, no, only kidding...

Moral of this story:

Eat a well balance diet, plenty of veg, fruit, fish high in oema3
Walking is a very good exercise, cost nothing.
Drink at least eight glass of water per day.
Change the way you cook your food, grill or steam only
There you have it, well it worked for me.
Final bit, I've never had a day of sick in all my working life, is there a God up there or am I just plain lucky?
Lucky I am not, hey! but that's an other story...

Diets, forget about them just change the way you live...

There must be hundreds, thousands or millions of  weight loss type diet web sites online, the vast numbers could blow your mind if you surfed through them all but keep this in mind, most are just crap go for the professional one's if you really must diet.

If you take heed of what's writen above, just change the way you live and eat a more healthy foods with a little more exercise, the pounds will fall off.

Did You Know? 

Most families, you know, us normal working class people eat the same seven main meals week in week out, year in year out, it's true, it's due to the rat race we live in to day, think about what you had last week, did you have it again this week, I bet you'll have some of the same next week.

I yes that's me have personally not eaten the same main meal for months as her in doors, that's the wife, as build up a large collection of healthy food recipes that we can pick and choose from, $10 amonth I would pay $20 and think nothing of it.

Food for thought, the site has plenty of diet recipes if you still want to go down that route but as I said healthy food with exercise will serve you better.

Fast weight loss diets, fad diets, quick weight loss diets, you name them, can be and are dangerous to your health, be care full please, go down the healthy eating route.
